Hi! I was in really similar situation recently, involving a toxic person a lot like Ella. I finally got her to leave me alone by icing her out completely. I blocked her phone number, deleted all things related to her on my phone, and completely ignored her to the point of walking away from her when she tried to talk to me. She got very angry, but there was nothing she could even do, because any adult would have sided with me because of her extremely toxic actions, which were obviously done on purpose. I would advise trying this, but if that doesn't work seek help from an adult. My advice is just to not be afraid of getting in a fight with her. If she is doing something that bothers you just tell her because you have nothing to loose. Good luck!
