I can’t tell weather I’m a 4 or a 6. I’m very much like a 4, but worry and anxiety consume me daily, so do trust issues, over-analyzing, and illusions that my mind makes up. I’m always really paranoid. so whether I’m a 4 or a 6 I really understand anxiety for sure
