I've seen struck out text before, usually when somebody @s somebody, and I was always wondering how to do this. Now it happened to me as well and I've got no clue how or why, a test post turned out completely normal. 🙈Could anyone enlighten me, please? How do I strike out words? Are there more formatting options? That would be really cool. 😎 |

Just a thought, maybe this happens when the @ed username doesn't exist?

Yeah, it happens when that username doesn’t exist. Example @crafter83 @crafter838

Thanks @crafter83 for confirming. And sorry ed for tagging you, I wasn't aware that there's somebody with such a short name.

So today it happened again, and I definitely didn't use an @. Yesterday I thought that I didn't use one, either, but who knows, maybe I was unconcentrated... Both times I started a message with a word followed by a colon. When I had sent off the post, the first word had an @ at the beginning which I didn't add and it was struck out. Not so for other words with colons further down in the text.I really hope that this doesn't count as spam, but I have to test this to make sure that I can rest in peace this night. 😄 |

What a pity, no further formatting. Anyway, sorry for all these tests, if anyone feels annoyed by them, feel free to report this thread for deleting. Case solved. 🙂
