👍 👍 for normal patterns mine is triangle ends- at the beginning and the end. That is my go-to start and finish. (and i would also make twisted ties)For alphas... idk 😜 |

In normals I usually like single or double triangle ends.For alphas I prefer straight starts like on a dowel if it's a pattern 30 strings or wider. For less strings it's the same as my normal preferences 😊 |

For normals I like a teardrop loop or a loop with two triangle ends for the top, and for the bottom I like one triangle end or two. For alphas I like a triangle end on the top and bottom. 😊

A loop and 2 braids (I’ve tried doing twisted ties SO MANY TIMES which is sad because they look better than braids in my opinion

And for bigger patterns, I’ll do a loop and then two twisted ties at the bottom. For alphas, when I make them (i don’t make them often) i just do triangle ends or a straight start like on a dowel rod or a keychain.
