hey guys! so im all out of books, and im sick of rereading the books i already have. can you give me some recommendations?i like sci-fi/dystopian books, i prefer series i don’t like super scary books i’m okay with fantasy i’m not a huge fan of historical fiction i prefer fiction books also, i’m in 8th grade but i read at a college level i would prefer books that fall under the ya (young adult) category, and nothing too serious or sad. some of my favorite books that i’ve read are the unwanteds, divergent, the hunger games, the giver, etc. if you can’t tell, i have a strong preference for dystopian fiction books. just give me some recommendations, regardless of my preferences if necessary! im pretty open-minded and willing to try something new! |

This is more of a older kids/tweens/teenage book, but the land of stories series is really good! I read it and I have like a 7th grade reading level. Even my mom read and loved it and she’s 40! It’s a 6 book series. I highly recommend it! (I know you don’t want to take a recommendation from an 11 year old, but please trust me. I am much more mature for my age, especially in school work.) Have a good day and happy knotting!

@bsoftball many people have recommended this series to me in the past, so I’m definitely going to have to add it to my reading list now : )

Ahh yes books.Dune. Great book, dystopian, reflects into our own society. It's complicated, definitely for older age groups, and overall soooo great. Another one. The Unquiet. It's less dystopian than Dune, but still super suspensful and a but of thriller, but not too much to scare. |

These are more childish books but they are really long. The nevermoor series. They are my favourite books to read. There are three of them.
