so not sure if anyone else can relate to this, but for the past two weeks i have been under a lot of stress with testing:

- last week i took three college exams back to back
- then the SAT
- and then three AP exams this week

does anyone have any tips for severe burnout or like what to do after a very stressful few weeks?? or how to mentally and physically reset?

this might sound cliche and cheesy but find your why. Burning out is real, but you have to remember why you're doing whatever you're doing, whether the goal be internal or external. This will help you not lose motivation.
Other tips:
-go for a walk just you and nature and enjoy it
-refuel: do whatever you love
-don't stress yourself out more, have a positive mindset going in.
