I'm getting my first dose on Wednesday! All of my family who is eligible have gotten the vaccine, so I'm pretty excited.

@Ciao I agree. my city is opening up too and people are easily lying to say that they’ve gotten the vaccine and can be normal, especially since many (if not all, I’m not entirely sure) businesses and workplaces aren’t legally required/allowed to ask whether you’re vaccinated. I’m just praying that somehow another wave doesn’t happen

@llama1013 where I live they opened it up, so no more masks and social distancing, but all of the privately owned businesses get to decide wether masks and distancing is required for their property. And where I live, a lot of the shops are privately owned

@Ciao thats actually not true. The vaccines were definitely rushed through trials. We have no knowledge of the long term effects of this vaccine. The vaccine was not studied for long enough to know. Double blind placebo tests should be required, if people are getting a vaccine they should know no ill side effects will effect them in the future. You can talk about the vaccine being totally safe but everyone can say that until their family is vaccine injured by it twice. This is the sad reality I live. I do not want others to experience this either. I had covid. The vaccine injurys I am experiencing in my own circle are way worse than any virus ever was for any of us. |

Well my mom always waits a few years after each new medicine/vaccine to see if theres any long-term side effects, so I won't be getting it anytime soon. Idk if I would get it if my mom did allow me to anyways, covid isn't too bad in my state, my family is healthy, and there are people who need it more.

@cute_fish Hi! I've got my first shot, and it feels just like if you've gotten the flu shot or other shots before. A little soreness in your arm but after 3 days, It didn't hurt at all for me anymore. Hope this helps and you feel comfortable getting the vaccine 😊 ❤️

I think it would b helpful if everyone who has gotten fully vaccinated should have to keep their little card with them at all times when going places. And It can be like ur drivers license. U'll have proof that u got the shots and people will know if ur lying or not lol 😂
