Sooo... Japan stopped recommending it to anybody. Japan that has a WAY healthier population. Merrick didn't properly trial it. They gave bad placebos. I haven't gotten my vaccine because the age requirement is 16 and I won't be 16 until June so yeah. Honestly I have mixed feeling on the vaccine. Before I go on a big rant (actually not that big but whatever) I have had covid and I lost my smell and that was it! Who needs smell, it is useless anyways. 😂 I have been reading on the side effects on the vaccine and I just don't know. Yes, the side effects only last a day or so but loosing your smell isn't the end of the world and it comes back (eventually 😂 ) Plus, I won't even get my ears pierced because I am afraid of the pain. So I am scared of the shot itself. So yeah. I want to get the vaccine because I hate the restrictions and masks and I just want to hang out with my friends and experience high school normally. So basically I am at war with myself about it.

I got my first dose, will get my second on the 24th. I didn’t really have any side affects. I am worried about the second cause some of my relatives had chills for a couple hours and a extremely sore arm.However, I know someone who got Covid and it has worsened their symptoms of Fibromyalgia. So I feel I need to do this for my mental health and others safety. |

I am 12 and I am finally allowed to get it as of today. So I got my first one and I was like jumping up and down. I am so happy bc I have been doing all of my school online and I rly miss my friends. I would recommend getting it to anyone who is eligible. It rly doesn’t hurt and the faster everyone gets vaccinated the faster we can get back to normal.

Wish I could. My entire family back in the US has already gotten both shots. Japan on the other hand is being extremely slow with the vaccine rollout while we continue to have several states of emergency, and with the Olympics being rammed through ready or not. If I'm lucky, I might be able to get mine in September. If not, maybe sometime next year.

I'm Gonna when i get the chance to! it's like the flu shot, you can get sick and have side effects from that but it still helps protect you by exposing you body to make it stronger against it!! it's just like working out your muscles, you expose them to more weight and they get stronger and can handle it without hurting you! I personally have a huge fear of needles and have to have my mom hold my arms down while i sit in her lap (and i'm 18!) but i still understand the importance of it so when it becomes available to me i'll get it asap |
