So this might be more of a rant but idk. So I use they/she pronouns online and use aspen as a pseudonym (my name irl is really feminine) and this I guess has been working but now I’m starting to think I might be non-binary. I've done some online research and that label sorta feels right but I’m in a really conservative town so... (example of this: when I came out as bi in 8th grade people lost their minds and just ugh) and even if I ever were to come out it wouldn’t go well, I think my parents would be fine but overall in school I just wouldn’t feel safe and I know only like my friends would even use they/them for me.

I know that grammar was garbage but🤷🏻‍♀️ So anyone have any advice on any part of this? I know I’m being sorta vague but I think just being able to say this will help me

For me I thought through is it I really hate being a female or is it’s peoples expectations for females. I figured out it was due to other’s expectations and I don’t like my name because it’s religious. I also live in a conservative area. I think if you feel more unsafe then uncomfortable then don’t come out at school. Maybe talk to your parents when you’re comfortable and then think over where it’s worth coming out. I know it’s more comfortable to be out everywhere if everyone was accepting, but unfortunately that’s not the world we live in.
Idk if this is actually helpful or not

My story wasn’t to tell you you’re not non-binary btw, I just know I was extremely confused about it for awhile.
Okay, I hope it goes well ❤️

i don’t really know what to say to you other than i support you 100% and hope everything will work out for you. My family is very supportive to lgbtq+. So i don’t have any problems if i were to fall in love with someone the same gender as me, non-binary etc. I really hope it works out for you <3

if you’re unsure, it’s always okay to experiment/search for what pronouns or labels you like best! just make sure if you do tell certain people make sure you can trust them and you’re safe! best of luck to u <3

Ive heard you should ask some friends you really trust to for instance
1 week she/her
1 week they/them
1 week he/him

ive never done that but i think when im finally done with sexuality ill try that
