Having multiple accounts

So, I have only one account, I don’t see the need of having more than one. But recently I have found a couple people who have more than one account, one of them is basically a personal account and the other is a business account. I was kind of curious as to if that’s allowed or not. Because I know that every user is supposed to only have one, so I was wondering if it changes if it’s a business account

A moderator commented on a forum post about this 11 hours ago and said that second accounts are now allowed. So you can have a second personal or business account
