@HelloooIts kinda okay? My feet felt kinda numb? I think that’s a symptom. I’m trying tonight, this method tonight where you try to lucid dream first, then walk up a staircase. I got my script underneath my pillow rn. (It’s like 11pm so I’m trying to get sleepy)

@Yellowfangcool! ive never been able to lucid dream and gave up pretty fast so lucid dreaming methods probably wont work for me... but shifting WILL work. and the numbness is definitely a sympptom |

how do you return to this reality once you've shifted? can you visit deceased people if you script it? i'm just finding out about shifting and it's really interesting.

@hummusboiyou can always shift back, in any way. most people use a safety word or sentence (mine is back to earth) to get back you can visit anyone and anything you like (: |
