@Yellowfangbasically there are unlimited realities with shifting you try to shift your consiousness to another one that this one, your dr (desired reality) since you cant shift your whole body there, you have to do it with your mind people who have shifted describe it like its a normal life, but a life you want. hope this helped if you want more info on it tell me also its real. no lucid dreaming, just real |

Is this dangerous? Also, could i still do it even while sharing a room with someone? What are the limits? What are the suggested ways of achieving your "desired reality"? I have never had a lucid dream before, so i would really love to try to do this. However, i do want to make sure it is safe and stuff.

@CakeCup should i pm you or just tell it in here?i think i can answer a lot of questions if you want to and no, its not dangerous. you cant die in your dr (although i still script it) and i think an empty room is better, but you could probably do it with someone in the same room |

@CakeCup it’s fine to do it with another person in the room (I share a room with one of my sisters and it’s fine) and no it’s not dangerous. Some people think you can get stuck in ur DR but u can’t, since you are basically controlling it, you can come back to this reality anytime you please.

also, i have a questioni try to shift every 2/3 days. but some days i suddenly see angel numbers, feel weird (like the out of this world feeling), etc. but ive shifted the day before and dont want to tire myself out/ruin my mental health and other things like that. on days like that should i still shift or not? a question here ^ |

@HelloooIts i would recommend not doing that but thats just my opinion, its important to give yourself and your mind a rest, and to not push yourself too hard. Sometimes its ok but dont do it too often would be my advice (:

I tried yesterday for the first time… I fell asleep after a few minutes 😂😓 that's what happens when you try to shifting but you are also sleep-deprived due to school (Fun fact: It's 0:00 right now in my time zone, I am not joking. What a cool coincidence, such a perfect timing, isn't it? I love midnight! ~ now it's 0:01, I know that nobody asked, but I wanted to share anyway)
