i’m trying to make myself go on runs more often. i’m in cross country so that’s really beneficial. i also try to limit myself to one sweet snack per day, like chocolate and muffins or whatnot. i’m trying to eat 3-4 servings of fruits and vegetables per day and drinking plenty of water always helps

i know this is a lot, or maybe it isn’t, it’s just stuff i’m trying to do. anyways i also try to do 100-200 squats and 3 1-minute planks every day. if i feel motivated enough, i do a whole bunch of simple ab exercises for about 15 minutes. idek if that’s working but it makes me feel good about myself.

since summer is coming up, i like to ride my bike around my neighborhood. it gets really hot where i live, so that can be annoying but biking is something that can really help you stay in shape. i remember i used to go on 6-10 mile bike rides pretty often last summer ((:

for workouts- if you're a beginner try Chloe Ting on youtube. If you really want to work on your form try MadFit on Youtube. If you're experienced and want to challenge yourself try Pamela Reif or Lily Sabri on youtube. Just have a good mindset going into it. Don't work out because you want to stay skinny, workout because it makes you feel good to be fit.for hairstyles: try braided hairstyles if you like your hair out of your face(it's great on dirtier hair), try messy buns. They are cute and relatively easy to do. Or if you wanna leave you can curl your hair or straighten it. for skincare- simply wash your face every night/morning! If you put concealer to hide your acne please make sure you wash it all off. They're some vids on more in-depth skincare routines on youtube and insta |

Writing down what you eat is a good technique for dieting. I do that and it really makes you realize all the snacking that happens

As for your hair, i think you would look beautiful in a ponytail, but i let go of that hairstyle months ago. I think mayhe let you hair down but tie the top hair up so it sits on the hair you've let down. Its kind of a casual and simple half up half down hairstyle. But anything will work for you really

if you like your hair up, high ponytails are really cute if you pull out a few strands in the front to frame your face. This can look really good if your hair is straightened out all the way, for a more sporty look, or loosely curled, for a more casual look. You can also do buns, but unless you like the really tight look, messy buns typically are more casual and better for school. Messy buns are puffier and don't pull your hair as tightly. You can also do low messy buns at the nape of your neck. if you want a little something extra, you can braid a small section of hair that goes into the bun. Dutch braids would look really good in your hair. You could braid them all the way down, or you could braid them down to your neck and then just leave it in a ponytail that flows past your shoulders. Make sure your hair has texture for the braid-ponytail look, flat hair doesn't look as good. Also, pancake out the braid as well so that it's not as tight. You can also do dutch braids into a high or low bun, that looks good too. you could always go for a half-up, half-down look, you can pull the top half of your hair into a bun or a ponytail. half-up half-downs look good with ribbon scrunchies or plain. all of these hairstyles could look really good with a few strands of hair pulled out by your part line or your ears, but they look good either way. You could also just straighten your hair or curl it and wear it plain, long hair looks really good with very minimal effort. right now most hairstyles are loose and casual though, so keep that in mind when doing hairstyles so that they arent as uptight. hope this helps and sorry for being so over the top lolHigh ponytail curled - https://www.sittingprettyhalohair.com/blogs/news/ponytail-tutorial-halo-hair-extensions High ponytail straightened - https://www.pinterest.com/pin/113434484342684401/ Messy bun - https://www.threebirdnest.com/blogs/fashion/18069556-messy-bun-top-knot-tutorial Low messy bun - https://www.pinterest.com/pin/303500462369379306/ Dutch braids - https://mash-elle.com/2016/10/2016-10-double-dutch-braids-beginners.html Dutch braid ponytail - https://www.pinterest.com/pin/377106168794042833/ Dutch braid into bun - https://canadahair.ca/blog-ch/dutch-braid/ Half-up, Half-down braid bun - https://www.pinterest.com/pin/491033165605512458/ Half-up half-down ribbon scrunchie - https://br.pinterest.com/pin/335096028524232325/ |

Usally with my hair i wear it down (im too lazy to do a ponytail lol) but if you like your hair styled you can do a low pony or loose braid. I would recommend joining a sport personally i like volleyball since it builds up leg muscles but if you want to be toned i would recommend cardio based sports like soccer, running, lacrosse, hockey, or whatever floats your boat!

I recommend running. Start if with 1 or 2 miles a day or whatever you can handle then slowly build up. A few months ago I would barely do 2 miles and now I can run 5 miles without feeling too tired. ALSO PACE YOURSELF start off slower than you think you need so that way you can run for longer, if you start of too fast you won't be able to run for long. Also for flexibilty just stretch everyday. I learned how to to de splits without any videos I just kind of did stretches where I could feel the "burn" and eventually I was able to do the splits.
