so my idea is that at the beginning and end of everyday you write 1-3 things youre grateful for in a notebook, piece of paper, etc.
you do that for 2 weeks, and then you come back here and tell me if it worked for your happiness, mental health, mood or something else
it can be anything. from a song you like to the fact that you have a roof over your head. anything.
then 2 weeks later, you read everything you wrote down and think about how lucky you are and stuff like that.

please tell me if youd like to try it out (:
