For a cartwheel pop, just do a regular cartwheel and pick up your hands at the end. This will create a moment where nothing is touching the ground and will simulate the landing. For a dive cartwheel, just do a regular cartwheel but try to put your hands down at the last minute. Once you feel comfortable, you can put these drills together and try to have your hands on the ground for as little as possible. Another thing that helps is doing it off of a higher surface like a mat or a hill. This will help you get more airtime and make it easier for you. TC2 has a great tutorial so does LydsVyds ands Rachel Marie. If you look up “Aerial Tutorial” on YouTube, you’ll most likely find those channels. They all explained the drills that I used to get my aerial. Hope this helps!
