Hey! we can just talk about guitar here and help each other! If you have any problems/questions or song recommendations, or just wants to talk, feel free to talk here! and of course, if anyone has answers to any of the questions or finds someone to chat with you are definitely welcome to, as i am NOT an expert guitar player 😂 sooo i was looking at this video and it had 10 steps on how to sing and play at the same time, and it said to do easy songs first but idk what songs are easy or hard. so if you have any easy song recommendations please tell me! this song is a pretty easy song to fingerpick, love the way you lie by Eminem and Rihanna: https://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/tab/eminem/love-the-way-you-lie-chords-961628 for me its easy but it depends, i already had a little bit of experience and watched some fingerpicking videos. I came up with a good strumming pattern for the verse too!: down-down-up-mute-down-up-up-down-down-down-up (i haven't tried it out with the whole song, i'm still testing it but i really like it!)

My first song that I was able to play and sing was brown eyed girl. It has a really easy strum pattern and is pretty repetitive in chords. Honestly what I found hardest was the strumming because I always wanted to strum with the tune 😂
