last year my birthday escaped lockdown by a few days but this year i know i will be stuck at home.its not necesaily an important birthday but i share my birthday with my litle cousin who i love dearly. it is an important milestone for her so i would like tomake it not be terible for her people who have had their birthdays during lockdown, what did you do to celebrate? |

I had my birthday in lockdown the day before restrictions lifted for the first time, it wasn’t an important birthday but I still sorbet the day in my pyjamas crying on the couch while watching Netflix. I’m a triplet so I share my birthday with my two brothers so that was fun but I was really sad I couldn’t see my grandparents. I have an important birthday this year and I’m pretty sure it’ll be spent in lockdown but maybe if restrictions aren’t too bad I can have my grandparents and best friend down which would be nice.

My birthday started a couple days into lockdown, I always have family over, I’m not a huge party person, or I have my best friend over for a bit, and I couldn’t have either, my little brothers birthday is two days away from mine and it’s always a big thing for both of us. Honestly, if you really want it to be awesome for her, call her! I bet she would love to talk to you! Maybe FaceTime or something so it’s a little bit more exciting, lockdown birthdays can be fun, this year.... my birthday might be really stressful cause I’m moving, but make sure you call her and tell her happy birthday! There is no better feeling than having someone call you with a big smile and a happy birthday!

Although i was fortunate to be in school (and boarding school) on my birthday i just celebrated with my closest friends. They made a paper chase all around school starting in the morning when i was brushing my teeth. I think that is a reallly nice way to express your love to someone else, and its also doable over distance with sending texts that have to be answerd and the end could be a package that you sent her beforhand by mailand in general i love to surprise my friends during lockdown with little things in their mailbox like cookies, a handwritten letter (always a good present, because it's very personal) or a bracelet i made for them Wishing you and your cousin a nice birthday 🎉 |

My birthday is in the summer so I don't think the US was in full lockdown but things were still pretty restricted....also my birthday is super close to fathers day so we invited a couple family members and had a small party for my brithday and fathers day

i loved my birthday, i don't think i was in lockdown but i couldnt have my friends over. i got a pinata and i got a nintendo switch lite! i facetimed my friends for a bit and my aunt came over and we sat 6 ft apart, my friends dropped off gifts and we opened them over facetime. and then smashed the pinata very hard so it fell apart and i played games with my family and then we went to bed. maybe you could do a facetime or zoom with your family and friends!

mine was in november, and other people could see people, but someone on my volleyball team got it and i had to quarantine tho it wasn’t that bad and i got my bearded dragon

Try Netflix or Disney Plus parties. Search and download on Google Chrome, you can choose a show or movie then send the link to a bunch of people and chat while watching the movie together!

My birthday is in 3 days and im probably not going to do much. I’ll probably just call my friends or something. Idk. A lot of my other friends missed their birthdays due to lockdown but we’re going to do a makeup party in the summer (socially distanced ofc) to celebrate the missed birthdays.

my birthday was 3 days after lockdown started (lockdown started march 13th and my bday was march 16th) and for my birthday I really only had cake and we played some board games in my house (with my immediate family) i'd say you could maybe make her a special video getting all of your family to make a short clip of them saying happy __ birthday to ___! or something like that

I had my 13 birthday over lockdown and a couple of my friends came over (wearing masks) and brought a cookie cake for me! Then my family went on a bike ride then I opened presents. Then I had more cake so I think if you are comfortable with is go over if u can and maybe wear masks and just have like a little event for her I also know that you could stick signs in their yard that day happy birthday and I also know there are a couple companies that you can like have it say happy birthday ______ hope those ideas help and sorry if I said a lot

My birthday was in May, and at that time there were a lot of restrictions. I had a zoom call with my friends and we played a few games. I also treated myself to some new string.

My birthday was during spring break last year, when me and my friend both caught covid and got our school district shut down (whoopsies) and I know that my birthday this year will still be stuck at home because my county is talking about going under lockdown.

My birthday was in December and it was a big one but because of covid I couldn’t do any of the plans I had I had planned it for months....😢 instead of my big fun plans I had I only got to have 2 friends over and we had to stay out side in the cold 🥶 and the only reason I got to have two over was because they are sisters after they left I cried for a little bit but then I realized I was lucky I even got to have friends over so yah I don’t think that was very helpful but that’s what I had to do
