Hey! So, I have some oral issues (meaning my teeth and jaw are messed up) and I need a surgery to fix it. I have only had one surgery and I was put to sleep before hand and it didn’t hurt or anything, I also barely remember it, I was 3. But I need an oral surgery and then braces soon after to keep everything in line and straight. But the surgery and braces is going to cost a fortune to my parents, like thousands of dollars, and they say I have to do it and they don’t mind paying for something that will last a lifetime. But I feel really bad because we are about to move and moving in and of itself is expensive, and they have 6 kids to feed and clothe, and my dad just started a new job and I feel really stressed because it’s just going to add another thing onto the weekly agenda and it’s super expensive. Also, I’m scared to death of the pain stuff they will most likely give me, my body is sensitive to certain things and I dread getting sick. And I’m super worried cause if they don’t put me to sleep before hand I’m going to have a panic attack because, as stupid as it seems, because of COVID I’m scared to go into surgery, like when I went to the dentist for a cleaning they had huge suits on, a face covering, a mask and they were super weird about it. So, please, offer your advice and honest opinion on this matter. |

hey! maybe you could sell bracelets to help! or if you like baking? what i did is I got a part time job at a bakery and it’s $8 an hour plus tips so it’s really more like $10-$11 an hour. i’ve made over a thousand in under 6 months.

and you could ask them to prescribe an anxiety med before hand, even if you are already on medication they can give you something for it. i have to get my wisdom teeth out in march and i’m terrified as well. but they’re doing everything to help my anxiety.

I had a surgery when I was 4 because I broke my leg, just stay calm and you can fight through anything!
