What High School Should Go To?????????

Since my district doesn't have a high school we have a choice of 3 different schools. I'm down to two of them. I love art and music. I have to choose a high school by February 1st. Please helpHIGH SCHOOL 1 (ESM) *more art and music oriented *has a marine biology class *has theater programs *not that great sports teams (I play soccer) *go on fun art and music trips *Ropes course *smaller high school HIGH SCHOOL 2 (WHB) *Most people from my district are going here so I can keep in touch *decent art and music program *My mom aunt and uncle went there *Good soccer team *2 out of my three friends are going there *bigger high school *closer to places (the beach, places to eat ect.) *REALLY good cafeteria food |

Ok so in my opinion if you are very extraverted person go to school number 2 but if you are more of introvert go to school number 1

If you want to be in the arts and do marine biology go to school 1 but if you want to maybe stick with sports school 2 is the way to go

hey! im a college freshman rn, and here are some things id recommend keeping in mind: what are your long term goals? if you plan on going into an art program after high school, then you may want to prioritize building an art base now, whereas if you’re planning to pursue a more science based future then a marine bio class may be more important. when you say a not great sports team, do you mean in terms of competitive rankings or quality of the community and coaching and opportunities? again, if youre a more recreational player then the first would be less important but if you want to play varsity then it would matter more. it may be a bit early to start thinking about some of these things, but do you have any loose plans for after high school? if theres a type of school or program you’re interested in, it may help to look up the schools acceptance rates from each high school. also, lastly, there’s never a perfect school thats exactly what you want, but you can be happy in either place. good luck!!

In my opinion, I would say the 2nd school. I am in middle school. But the things I read, I would got to the 2nd school.

I feel like high school 1 would benefit u more academically kinda and high school 2 would just be for ur social kinda life and stuff.

I would choose the school where u feel the best cuz u will make new friends and you can stay in contact with your old friends

I would say school 1. It’s more geared towards the things you love and that might be more beneficial to you as school 2 doesn’t focus on those things as much. It’s easy to want to be with your friends but at the end of the day, it’s about your future and your education. But in general, it seems like you’re leaning towards school 2. It has a good balance of your academic and extracurricular wants so it might be the better fit for you. It’s honestly up to you to decide if the art program at school 2 is sufficient enough for you. The one thing I would say though is go there because YOU want to, not because your friends want to.

All of these schools are very good and have great education systems. I think i'm going to choose school 2. Although I need to choose a school by February I have until march to change it. If I go to school 1 I would have to make new friends and I would miss my old ones. My friends sibling went to school one and then switched to school 2. Either way both schools are great but I think I'll choose school 2. 🙂
