Hey there! I just have a few reminders for you!- Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body. - Rehydrate after you cry. - Crying and feeling negative emotions are not necessarily a bad things. - It’s okay to set healthy boundaries to protect yourself from getting hurt, even if they sound ridiculous to others. (for me it’s deciding not to watch the news because it gives me anxiety) - If your emotions or thoughts and feelings get too big, you can ask for help! Asking for help is NOT a sign of weakness!! I know we’re all a little on edge right now and it feels like we’ve been holding our breath for months now. Just remember to take it one day at a time and remember that you are strong and you will get through this! |

Thank you for this ❤️ They're great reminders not only for myself but also others. Honestly I never thought of drinking water after crying.. which definitely explains why I usually feel like crap after doing so. So thank you for the reminder ☺️

@llama1013 right, not only is drinking water after crying a refreshing thing, it puts some of the water back in your system and keeps you balanced.
