(spoilers, duh) @apurva YESS! Her first book, Red Queen, is so good! I absolutely loved it, and I was hooked. But, I got all the way to War Storm (as the books were published) and lost interest. Throughout the books, most of the characters remained really flat, and I was disappointed with their lack of development. The first book, however, is golden. Everything about it is really good. The plot is wonderful, the characters are all unique and beautifully written, and it's such a 'consumable' book. Oh, and, I have to mention, that PLOT TWIST! It was so perfectly pulled off... Maven betraying Mare is just so amazing. When I read the novel, I genuinely felt like I had been backstabbed. @apurva have you read any of the other books in the series? |

i just finished the first book like 10 minutes ago and it was really good, i pretty much want to murder maven for betraying mare but the book pulled it off so well

@AfraidKnot I have, but the first book is the best one! Glass sword is ok, and the other 2 are terrible! 😢
