Hi I’m curious to see if any other people journal. I’ve had a journal since I was 10, and I just talk about day to day life, and my feelings and emotions too. I love journaling because I can write down happy/fun memories to look back on in the future.

It seems fun and I would wanna do it but I have 5 siblings so I know that everyone is gonna find it and look through it lol sooo I decided not to journal

Yea and I share a room with one, 1 is moved out, and the other 2 come into my room often so I can’t rlly hide it and stuff

I use a journal but I forget to write in it a lot so I mostly use it to write down my thoughts when I am really angry or sad an it takes weight of my shoulers...this next year I really want to get into bullet journaling so yeah

I have been journaling since 7th grade. That was a really rough year for me. My friends weren’t the greatest, and I was a basket case for basically the whole year. I started journaling, and I realized that not only had my anxiety gone down, but it just made me feel better. Now I get to look back on how much better my life is now that I’m not in 7th grade.

Since I have three siblings I had to be careful of what I wrote in it. Like I substituted my chrush’s name for his nickname in an acronym. So instead of writing Jake, I would write JFSF (Which means Jake from State Farm) so I would use a code name for your crush if you are worried about siblings snooping in your diary.😊

To stop siblings snooping in my journal I use one of those markers that can only be seen with black lights so I put stars and heart and small drawings to know that it’s not just blank piece of paper and then just use that special marker
