I don’t have autism but I have all the adhd symptoms even tho I’m not diagnosed because I don’t want to tell anyone but I really like coloring repetitive things like checker board I flip around, I do this thing where I rub my knuckles together and I’ll hit the reflex part of my knee I like clicking things too but I hate bouncing like when a ball hits the pavement it drives me insane I always have music playing as well

I don’t know how to go about telling anyone without it seeming like I’m faking it🥲

i have ADHD, SPD and anxiety, along with song ASD characteristics. i only really stim or need comfort when my medicines aren’t strong or stress but i enjoy fidget toys like putty and soft textures. I love weighted blanks or tight hugs... yeah i really don’t talk about this a lot but we should normalize it

I have ADHD and when I get a strong emotion I thump things with my hand ( My wrist is making the motion, while my hand thumps like what a Rabbit does) or sometimes I'll do it in the air When I type for long periods of time and I take a second to find a key on the board, I flick my right wrist (at this point it pops, so sometimes when I'm in a heated argument on my laptop I flick it until I get 3 pops) I go over and pop my fingers 5 times ( my system: push on my wrists until they each pop, then squish my thumbs in my fist until they pop, and then go in a wave motion with my other hand on top of my fingers to make them pop) I'll twist my right wrist back and forth (clockwise, counter clockwise, etc.) I don't know i you can call this a stim but I can't keep still when I sit, so I'm always either bouncing both of my legs, Kicking my feet under the chair (one resting on the other) and kinda bouncing the foot on top, have the toe of my shoe on the ground and swinging the rest of my foot side to side, or ill keep my feet crossed under me and I'll wiggle my butt. If I'm not doing something it feels like my joints are going to explode I'll also tap my nose when I'm thinking of something. I don't know why, but if I'm in the middle of a conversation and I''m trying to think of something ( so today i was at *x* and I saw this cool thing there" "what was it?" "it was this one thing *nose taps* I can't put my finger on it.. Oh!") It feels wrong if I purposefully try not to lol I have no idea if people experience things like this lol |
