I knew I was because I realized I wasn't attracted to boys when I was "Supposed to be". As a teenager my parents always told me this was the time I was going to take interest in boys, but I never did. I slowly started to feel attracted to girls like I was supposed to for boys. The feeling got bigger, and boom, that's how I found out. It is okay to be who you are ❤️

Hi, I only recently realised I was 🌈. So here’s the story of how I worked that one, is’s not particularly interesting but I’ll tell it anyway.I never really thought about being straight or gay etc when I was younger (I’m 13 now) it wasn’t that I didn’t know being LGBTQ+ existed in fact one of my friends has two mums so it felt quite normal,I just didn’t think about it in terms of myself. Looking back on it maybe I should’ve realised because some of my friends started talking about having crushes on boys. And I just wasn’t interested. I did once think I had a crush on a boy but I think I just made it up to fit in. Anyway at the beginning of this year I did start to think maybe I’m not straight but it was just a passing thought. Then one time I saw my friend and she said something about not knowing if she was straight or lesbian and that got me thinking again. And I started seriously questioning my sexually. I questioned it for quite a while going between lesbian and bi/pan. at the moment I’m going with lesbian. I’m only out to the friend that got me thinking in the first place and that was easy because she isn’t straight ether. I’m pretty sure that most of the people around me will be supportive when I do tell them though. Sorry that was really long well done if you actually read all that. |

Hi so I found out I was bi after pride month was over and my mom knows now cause I told her yesterday and she said she will support me
