You should try different workouts, not the same one every day. Your body will get used to doing the same thing everyday, therefore it won’t change. Also, part of working out is pushing yourself. If your on the treadmill and become tired, push yourself! Also, try to eat foods with the least amount of ingredients as possible, and make sure you can PRONOUNCE them. No artificial junk or sugar... gross. If your eat 2000 calories of chips, but only burn off 1002, the rest gets stored as fat. Drink lots of water! You should drink half your weight in ounces every day. For example, if you weigh 100 pounds, you should drink 50 ounces of water every day.

Look up your BMR number. That’s the amount of calories your body needs to survive each day. If yours is 1830, and you eat 1840, you only need to burn off 41 calories to burn fat. Hope this made sense...

@SavannaL tbh I don’t think I could actually count my calories cuz everything is home cooked for me, but if I ever come to a point were my food is isn’t home cooked I could definitely start counting my calories. Anyways thx for the help 😊
