@nev_m_07 sorry about that. i hate having friends who only really talk to you if the need u for help or something like that. i honestly don’t know what u should do, which i’m sorry i know isn’t really helpful. i guess just tell you what you mean and hopefully things end up good.

@ezilabeth i’m gonna be basic and say you should do what you want to make you happy. your parents will always love you even if they think you should do something with numbers. who knows they may even be proud and surprised if you tell them you want to be a writer. but you definitely need to go for it, especially if it makes you happy

Ok this COVID stuff is just akjdfkhDSGka. I was supposed to have a marching band comp. that got canceled yesterday. I was also supposed to have a band concert Tuesday that got postponed. I also cant have marching band practice anymore. We have done so good and have done it for like 5 months and now we have to stop. I know the school is making sure we are safe and I am grateful but it is very upsetting. I also am scared imma get notified tomorrow bc I was in contact with the person. At least school is still in person for now, but so many good and fun things were going to happen and everything was going to feel nominal. I was happy for once and now im back to annoyed and sad. I get that we all have to be safe and I am VERY grateful they are careful but this is very frustrating. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST SEVEN MONTHS AND I STILL CANT DO ANYTHING!!!!!! I cant do anything I love anymore and im just sad all the time now. I know not doing anything is for the better, but its all just akdfgahldgfkasdgfliakhdfkh

ok well like 2 years ago my mom was engaged with this guy but he was rude to me and he would hit me so one day i got tired of it and i just started hitting him back ok then one day he kicked us out so we have been living at our cousins then they found another house and we have to move out in like a week but my mom still hasn't found a house yet... any advice

@sofa27 just remember that people DO care, thinking that no one cares about your feelings or problems is totally not true and that might be a big part of it. There are lots of nice people on here who will always listen and hear you out if you need to talk. Remember that people are there for you! As for friends, they don’t seem like they value very much, even though u seem amazing, so I don’t think they r the right REAL friends. Try talking to someone who respects you and makes you feel like you do have a voice and you do matter, because that’s what friends should do. Just remember that you can always talk to people and your opinions always matter

@ezilabeth yea same i know exactly what i want to do not exactly after high school because when im 14 i want to become an actress i kinda knew for a while that's what i wanted to be but like a few weeks ago that idea popping up to my head was like yea i can see myself doing that but im not sure what my mom would say because 1st i would be missing school and 2nd i told her that i wanted to be something else like a year ago me and my friend have the same problem she's afraid to tell her parents and think that they will laugh at her

I fell behind in school and now I have to finish a unit of English and geometry and do finals in 4 days. Also last year my friends all decided to stop talking to me and now I only have 3 people that I can talk to. I know someone is going to stay quality over quantity and I know that but my closest friend doesn't like my other 2 friends and then the other two like each other but one of them are homeschooled and the other one is in normal school. I'm doing virtual this year so it's even harder for me to talk to anyone. Also, my old best friend was my friend for 9 years and then she started hanging around the popular people so she changed a lot but she just recently started talking to me again. Ever since me and her stopped hanging out I haven't really made friends and I am hoping that our friendship comes back. The only thing is that it's really awkward when we talk. That's it for now lol. Oop I already thought of something else. I am really interested in animal care but I don't necessarily want to be a veterinarian so I was leaving more toward farming. The only problem is that my closest friend doesn't think I actually want to do it and thinks it's a joke so she keeps teasing me about it. I know it's just a joke but its kinda hurting my feelings. I can't really say anything though because the reason why we are friends is that I would talk to her when nobody else would. She has a lot of anxiety and medical issues and I have always been her helper therapist I guess. When she has a breakdown, I'm there. If she needs her medicine, I get it for her. I love my friendship with her but I feel like she doesn't take me seriously. I helped her through a lot but I feel like she kind of just says oh that's bad and then moves on to something about herself. She also doesn't hide judgement well so I can tell what she is thinking most of the time. I want to say something but I don't know if I should. I don't really think there's any advice to give on this but anything is appreciated. Again thanks for reading if you did.

@BandGeek22 IKNOW IT SUCKS. i’m sorry that your band things are getting canceled and as soon as things start to feel normal they get bad again. we just have to do whatever we can to stop the spread so WEAR A MASK, use hand sanitizer, social distance and maybe, just maybe, it’ll go away faster 😔

@zyxwvut i would just tell her how you feel. i think that’s the best thing to do so that she knows and hopefully tries to stop hurting you whether that be teasing you or accidentally hurting your feelings. it can be hard to change like that but maybe if you tell her for example that yo ACTUALLY want to be something like a farmer then she’ll take you seriously and you can both value yalls friendship more 🙂 i hope that was helpful... (and thank you for complimenting the things i make lol)
