Hey guys! So I am going to start selling on Etsy soon! I really need suggestions of bracelets/bookmarks/tapestries/key chains you want me to make. My birthday is in march, and I want to go to stranger con SOOO bad. In order to do what I want there and meet the people I want to meet, it costs about $800 for me and one of my parents to go! I have $200 dollars so far, and I need $600 more. I probably wont make $600 in 5 months on Etsy, because I would need to sell about 60 bracelets, but I am going to probably get some money for Christmas. Also, if possible could you please only suggest patterns you think lots of people might like? This really means a lot to me, so please help! 🥺 🥺 Thank you so much! Alissa Ruth 😊 |

I don't sell bracelets but I feel like people who don't do bracelets would definitely buy something that looks hard and very complex so maybe something like the starburst or you can do ones that are customizable like putting their names...just some ideas lol

I think arrowheads or chevrons would sell pretty well to people who don’t make bracelets, plus they’re quick to make!

Shaped bracelets make good keychains or earrings, plus they take under 30 min depending on the pattern

I have an Etsy so you can check out some of the patterns I’ve used! I feel like 10-16 strings makes a really cute bracelet and it’s not too much work... wall hangings are suuuuper cute but most people don’t understand how they’re priced because of all the work that goes into them. Just letting you know because you might not make your money’s worth with them because it takes so much time and string. I would say customizable chevrons and arrowheads would be cute and letting people choose their own colors boosts sales a lot! yea depending on how many strings they are you could charge $6-$12 for sure! If it was like an 8-string custom chevron $6 sounds about right and a 16-string custom arrowhead could probably sell for $12!

This would be hard but make some of KrazyKnotzs coffee patterns! I have an idea but I would be happy to share it with other people, you can make detailed keychain that has a picture of a pet on it, it would only be able to be like 30 strings, but you can still make a detailed pattern in 30 strings! Anyways, you could have a few listings, like one that would be dogs one that would be cats one that be hamsters or you can do other animals. And you can make a few options like a few breeds of cats, but there could also be customs. 🙂

hi! i started selling on depop back in april, i noticed people like things in a specific fandom, i’ve sold a lot of harry potter bracelets and keychains, i’ve sold a lot of disney things as well. now what i do is i just make things for me. if i see a pattern i like i’ll make it and then sell it, if you’re trying ti get started i would definitely say use bugger fandoms to get your page big and then start making things you enjoy so that you have fun as well

honestly i have no idea i’ve never sold on etsy before. depop does take a small fee as well as paypal. i sell mine for $5 and i get like $4.50 because of the fees. i’m sorry if this didn’t help much
