Depends on the source of your stress. Is it the language itself, the workload, reading, writing, speaking? I've never taken a Spanish class (unless you count Duolingo), but I've taken many French classes. The best advice I can give you is to use the language as much as you can. Speak in Spanish as much as possible. Don't worry about making mistakes. If someone laughs, just remember that they are laughing at what you said, not at you-the-person. Anything worth doing is worth doing wrong! If you have no one to speak with, watch movies or videos in Spanish. Find Spanish podcasts. Practice, practice, practice. You can do this! ❤️ |

Ok so my french teacher last year was awful and I literally had to send my principal an email about it because she was breaking county policies and it was hurting everyone academically. The best thing that you can do is immerse yourself in spanish. Watch tv in spanish listen to music in spanish, read books in spanish! Also one thing that I recommend is to make a journal and write in it in spanish. You can just recap your day, how you feel, etc. And that way you can get some writing practice too. As for speaking, maybe find a friend who speaks spanish and practice with them over the phone!

I am currently staking Spanish as well, and I would recommend taking a lot of notes, therefore when u have a test, u can go back and study them. Hopefully it gets easier for u ❤️

I don't speak spanish, but we do have Filipino classes since Filipino is my native language as a Filipino (thats a lota filipino there). I can write in it alright, but i have problems speaking it.I find that the best way to reduce stress is to work at your own pace without procrastinating. Try not to do everything at once if you can't. Remember, your health is more important than your education. Try starting to speak spanish in simple greetings so that you can become more comfortable with speaking whole sentences. If you recite in spanish class, try speaking spanish too. If you aren't good with speaking on the spot, you can write it down on a piece of paper and practice it in your head before reciting. Whatever you do, I hope my advice helps! 😊 ❤️ |
