I've gotten back into making bracelets around 6 months ago and have been making bracelets more than ever. I'm starting to feel the strain in my neck and shoulder areas and I honestly feel like an old person. Any healthier braceleting postures or tips that y'all would like to share will be helpful, or just let me know that I'm not the only one with a neck/shoulder of a 50 year old XD

Maybe you could sit on a bed/couch and bend your legs up to put a clip board with your bracelet on? I think in this position your back wouldn't have to be bent🤷♀️

Prop yourself up with lots of pillows. Works for me. I like to do that while putting one leg up and the other down and holding the clipboard between my leg and pelvis at the bottom.

I put a beanbag against a wall and then lean against that and then I put a clipboard on my legs
