I recently got an invitation from my health science teacher to do HOSA. I went to their website and it looked like a lot of fun but there's a whole bunch of contests and I don't know if I have the time? Can anybody tell me about it if they do HOSA?

most HOSA competitions aren't required/ competing is optional, but i would check with your teacher. i'm doing it this year, and i know several people from my sport who did it last year (and our team schedule was very busy). there were maybe 2-3 required meetings for the whole year. it's a lot of fun and looks good on applications/ resumes. i would only really do it if you know you're committed to a medical profession though, because there's probably a fee to join (our school has a $40 fee). message me/ reply if you want more info && i'll try to help <3
