In elementary school, I did ballet for a few years and tap for five. I don't dance anymore, but I wish I did 🙁 Now I actually do greek dancing since my family is greek. It's actually pretty fun and every year we get to dance at my church's greek festival (except for this year 😢) I think dancing is so much fun though, regardless of the type of dance 😄

@rubisaa11 of course it is! I have never tried Greek, however I think all types of dance are great so I’m sure Greek is amazing!

I think a lot of girls did dance or cheer or gymnastics when hey were younger but I did as well. I kinda hate dancing now I cannot stand it and I am not in the shape to dance but I did ballet for 3 years when I was 3 or 4 I think, tap 2 years, jazz 1 year, musical theater one year and then I did one other type of dance but I don’t seem to remember it at the moment. I was never the greatest dancer but I have a bunch of memories as a younger child when I would dance including going to McDonald’s and playing in the play structure in my tights and tutu 😂. It’s a little funny and weird how I turned out other the complete opposite of what I was like as a child before I moved 6 years ago. Anyways what type of dance do you do?

i did competitive dance for around 3 years when i was younger but then my studio went out of business so i just stopped dancing for a bit and now i am on my schools dance team

@2006Mandy Cool! I do competition so a lot of it is mixed training, however I do tumbling (acro/tricks), centre ballet, lyrical/contemporary, ballet technique, ballet choreography, tap, hip hop, jazz technique, and jazz choreography (two jazzes, large group and small. sry that was long, its just kinda hard to explain so i just listed my classes lol. Also, im starting pointe this year so yayyyyyyyy

I did Irish Dance for about six-ish for fun. But then it started to get more competitive and so much of it is vanity. I ended up giving it up around two years ago when I forgot to go to the first practice of the season and wasn’t bothered to catch up.
