Does anybody else here listen to classical music? I listened to Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for Strings and now the finale is hard core stuck in my head😂

@arf820 @marvelnerd Those are some great ones! My favorite composer is definitely Shostakovich. I love the intensity of his music, and a lot of it, especially some of his symphonies, were composed as a way to protest Stalin (because Stalin was in power at that time) in a way where the regular people listening could tell, but Stalin and the people working for him couldn’t. It’s sort of nationalist but in a purposefully ironic way

@jazzy9000 Yeah, his pieces are really nice. I have to play an excerpt from the first movement of his fortieth symphony for an audition next month so I’ve been listening to it like five times every day😂 Which of his pieces are your favorites?
