@watever yes! One of the things that i like and that made me restart is that no matter how fit you are, if you start and are constant you get results relatively quick

@watever the only advice i can give you is to start slowly and if while running or the day after you feel pain where you shouldn't (knees, hips or things like that) stop and try a different movement, if that makes sense. Or for the first times if you have van go running with someone, this day you can check each others' movements!
