I like making things that require minimal effort but I reallly want to eat something or try it out, I deal with it. I have made things from the ready packages but I made my first scratch made oatmeal cookies last month and they tasted good.

I used to love making mug cakes but once I ate one and it tasted like there was uncooked batter but I ate it anyway and then I got sick and it made me feel sick to eat anything sweet the next few days so I don’t want mug cakes anymore

I love baking (I only use mix since it’s easier for me) though I do make things from scratch with my mom (banana bread and zucchini bread) @Elise64 same thing happened to me, mine wasn’t mixed good so there was still flour at the bottom and it tasted disgusting that was my first and last time making a mug cake

@jujuondat My boyfriend has something very similar, so I’m trying to figure out as many gluten free recipes as I can. The measure for measure flour only works perfectly in a few recipes, you know? 😂 Otherwise it turns out too dry, not dry enough, or it has a weird texture.

I love to bake! I mostly make tons and tons of chocolate chip cookies, but I love experimenting with different cakes and ways to decorate them. I’m actually in the middle of making a four layer chocolate and vanilla cake at the moment, but it’s taking forever!
