when you are suppose to add in the colors for the design then go back to the background color

To do a color change, take your leading string that you just knotted with (I'm calling it string A) and put it up and out of the way. Take your new leading string (I'm calling it string B) and make half of a knot with it onto your next base string. Bring string A across that half of the knot, then tie the second half of the knot with string B. I know that's kind of a confusing explanation because it's hard to explain without a visual, but just do what she does in the video.
