hi i'm kelsey ive been making friendship bracelets since 2014 it wasn't until about a year or so ago that i started to notice my wrists starting to cramp up i don't know if any of you have experienced this i don't want to stop doing bracelets cause it's something i love doing if so please feel free to share some tips

my writsts also hurt a lot. try stretching them by doing writst circles. Maybe take a small break, see how your wrists feel and then maybe start again

OOooooook so you have 3 choices either suck it up stop making bracelets or take small brackets In between I hope this helps 😉

DON’T just “suck it up” because that would be a great way to permanently damage your wrists. When your wrists start to hurt, stop knotting and don’t start again until the pain is gone. Do wrist circles, stretches, or other exercises every hour or two (unless they cause pain). You can also try taking short breaks while you knot and timing them so that you take a break before your wrists start hurting

Heating pad helps cramps and sore musclesOr a sock with rice that you heat up in the microwave... there are tutorials on yt on how to make them I think |

Doing wrist stretches helped me alot...this use to happen to me when I began and I just would do wrist stretches before making a bracelet.
