How long does it usually take to get a normal pattern accepted?

It varies really, can be a few minutes, an hour, a few hours... Whenever a moderator has the chance to. Usually it doesn't take more than a day though.

@Romy4 In my experience, if I submit anything to the site, it is usually approved the next morning.
