I was making patterns on my tablet, but it’s currently stuck on a purple screen and it won’t die lol. I tried to make a pattern tonight on my cell phone, but it’s so much harder to do. Anyway. I’m looking for The Collector from The Owl House. I have reference pictures on a Pinterest board. Hi, I’d be willing to give it a go! My phone is being a bit slow but the first image for me was this one https://www.pinterest.com/pin/365987907235918440/ idk if that link works but it’s the one where he’s dark with a whitish background w/ glowing eyes and his serious face. It depends on what size you want how much detail could be shown, but it’s definitely doable. Other than that, I guess it might be a bit dark but I can just make the colors somewhat lighter. Side note, but some of those screenshots are way cuter than what I could find when I was working on a pattern of him lol. Why didn’t I think of looking on Pinterest before |

But I don’t think it matters as long as I can finish it 🙂 Was trying to do less then 75 base strings if possible.. so it doesn’t have to be super super detailed, but whatever you can do will work!!!

Ah okay that image makes more sense lol. I can always try cropping it to see what looks good at 70 strings then. And yeah that other pattern I did was also a request haha, though I kept struggling to decide which half of his face to do lol.

Do you care about the number of rows? The full image can be around 75 strings and 92 rows, but cropping it I can make it whatever length so I tried it and got 55x100 and 66x120 and they both work fine. It would even be longer than 120rows at 75 base strings, let me see… it says 136 rows. I’m guessing that’s too long but I might as well ask haha.And just making sure it’s the image with him hanging by his arm, head tilted and smiling right? I just cropped it to like his hat on the left and arm on the right because doing half a face for that image kinda looks wonky |

I’m down to try either the 50 or 66 base strings… Probably aiming for the 50, I’m still not super great at larger alpha patterns, so I like that a bit better 🙂
