Not likely, as the areas in the centre of the pattern are using only the rainbow-colored strings, and so the hearts would be a little difficult to see. Also, these areas are only 5x5 stitches big, so the hearts would end up looking unclear, and more like the letter Y.

@Update I tried it out. The shape of the heart is not actually that bad, as long as it doesn't have a border around it, but the colors are making it very difficult to see it. If you make one of the rainbows white instead of colorful, it's fine, though.

I guess making it bigger might help? I say give it a shot. Don't let having not made any patterns yet stop you. I promise, there was once a time when even the biggest pattern designers on this site hadn't made patterns yet. You don't have to post any patterns you aren't happy with.

If you use the 3x3 area inside the 5x5 area for the heart, I think it turns out super cute 😄I think @KrazyKnotz should be the person to make this pattern or if someone else makes it, they should probably add some other unique elements to it. (Her username is spelled with 2 z btw.) |
