Custom name patterns are no longer accepted, because they are not relevant to other users, but someone could make a pattern and send the pattern data to you instead of posting it.

You can design yourself a pattern just for personal use without posting it. Just go at "Create patterns" at the section "Alphas" and click "Alpha from image", insert in your picture, select your preferred sizes, save it and if needed tweak it with the help of this tutorial: https://www.braceletbook.com/tutorials/120_making-better-outlines-for-alpha-patterns/
