If you want someone to be your friend simply go to there profile and click add friend. Depending on when that person gets the notification they will ether accept the request or decline it.If you would like to accept or decline a request go to notifications and then you can click accept or decline. You will also get a notification if the person that you asked to be friends with declined or accepted the request. |
