Do you remember where you found the picture and who posted the picture? Maybe the person who posted the photo knows where the pattern is from.I'm honestly not sure, how to make a bracelet like this and I'm very curious about it 🙂 |

I think it's something like #37570 but with fb knots instead of f knots and bf knots instead of b knots, but I'd need to tie a test to be really sure. I'll let you know how it worked out.

I don't think that one would work 🤔For the zigzag effect like in the image, the pattern needs to have gaps that go all the way through like the ones in the pattern I suggested. The effect is made by pulling all the knots tight, so there are no actual gaps. Here is a tutorial that explains how to get the zig zag https://www.braceletbook.com/tutorials/52_how-to-make-a-zig-zag-bracelet/ And here is a tutorial of the 'knitted' friendship bracelet: https://youtu.be/GmS7n4hjobo?si=6HEx_k93bqlSYXTN You basically through these two together and what you get is the bracelet in the image |

No problem!. The one in your photo has 18 strings and switches every three rows. The string order is ABBCCDDEEEEDDCCBBA.

@Traveler very good findBut you have to follow the video. The pattern itself does not show how to accurately do the knitted bracelet or how to combine it with a zig zag bracelet. The pattern is one of the typical "replacement" patterns that sometimes get posted to have a place to post a specific bracelet to, when there is no accurate way to represent the pattern as a braceletbook pattern (even though there would be for the knitted bracelet, for the zig zag bracelet as well as for the knitted zig zag bracelet, if you want to call it that) As I said, it would just be something like #37570 with fb knots instead of f knots and bf knots instead of b knots. I don't think anyone has posted an accurate pattern for the knitted zigzag bracelet yet. |

@halokiwi #132128 is very similar. I forgot I made it. It's only fb knots with the gaps and much skinnier and longer repeats, but what I've knotted of it, it does zigzag the same way. The pattern goes continuously instead of shifting though because it's all the same knots. So I just made a pattern for the knitted zigzag.

Ok, after having made the written pattern. I miscounted the strings in the pattern in your photo. It is 10 strings. ABCDEEDCBA. Still 3 repeats.

If you put this into the pattern generator, it will be the exact pattern in the photo. Don't submit the pattern, just post your finished photo to pattern #159004. There isn't anything different enough to make a new pattern. You don't need to hear back from the person on IG. @halokiwi said that there wasn't an official written version of the pattern and now there is.Colors order: abcdeedcba fb,0,0,0,0 fb,0,0,0 fb,fb,0,0,0 fb,fb,0,0 fb,fb,fb,0,0 fb,fb,fb,0 0,fb,fb,fb,0 0,fb,fb,fb 0,0,fb,fb,fb 0,0,fb,fb 0,0,0,fb,fb 0,0,0,fb 0,0,0,0,fb 0,0,0,0 0,0,0,0,bf 0,0,0,bf 0,0,0,bf,bf 0,0,bf,bf 0,0,bf,bf,bf 0,bf,bf,bf 0,bf,bf,bf,0 bf,bf,bf,0 bf,bf,bf,0,0 bf,bf,0,0 bf,bf,0,0,0 bf,0,0,0 bf,0,0,0,0 0,0,0,0 |
