So sorry that I made an alpha patternAre you fine with a 1212 pattern (a pattern with only fb and bf knots)? It would probably be easiest to design. How many strings do you want? Do you imagine a specific appearance? If possible, could you set a sketch as your profile picture, so I know I can make it right? |

The one in your profile picture is an alpha pattern. The one I also posted on here, but without the decoration.As a 1212 it will look different because the knotting structure of normal patterns is different from alphas. An alpha pattern with just two colours is not more difficult than a normal pattern. In my opinion it is a lot more comfortable to knot than a 1212 pattern. Are you really sure about this? Here is a video on the two tone alpha technique, if you are interested in learning: https://youtu.be/dGdNoeyilaU It's easier than alphas with more colours. Is there any specific decoration you want to be added? I need to add decoration to not make it a simple word pattern which would not be accepted. |

You can add any decorations if it's not too much. I just want to know how make a normal pattern for 2b || !2b (number and symbols).
