How do you merge two patterns together to create one keychain? Such as: #27152 and #27183? I know that one of them has to be upside-down, but I dont know how to do that.

If you look at the first half (the first pattern you mentioned) to make that upside down you would start at the paws, and finish at the ears. You would then at the end of that first half, get your key-ring, thread it through and up the base strings so it's resting against the last row you did, and then you proceed to the do a row of your background colour, making sure to pull a little tight to keep the key-ring in place. After that first row, do another row of your background just to keep it there firmly. You can then start on making the next half (the second pattern you mentioned) as you normally would. 🙂Masha Knots has a great tutorial on this, so I'll link it for you to check out, so you can see it with visuals: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KciljDh-1Ko |
