Can people PLEASE make normal patterns with designs that aren’t geometric I need to make more bracelets for my Etsy and normals take quicker but bracelets with pictures like flowers animals hearts characters etc sell better Thanks |

It would be useful, if your requests were a little more specific 😉 there definitely are normal patterns of all the things you are looking for. Especially hearts and flowers are very popular designs in normal patterns.

Hi, have you tried narrowing a search for other existing patterns? There's so many already available! 😄You might have to do some scrolling (not as much as the entire database tho!) and you might be surprised to find some hidden gems!! Just go to Patterns from the top menu, choose which Type (normal) and fill in specific keywords. Here's a search for general animal patterns: https://www.braceletbook.com/patterns/?type=n&order-by=loves&keywords=animal+animals If the search brings up too many results, you can narrow it by strings or colors. I recommend CHANGING THE ORDER a few different ways... Order by Loves or Photos will give you the most popular so far, and of course Latest is the most recent submissions. You can type several keywords in the box to give a wider search, include any and all fairly related words- sometimes we pattern designers forget or can't think of more descriptive keywords at the time of posting. Here's some ideas for keywords to use: heart hearts love valentine valentines valentinesday (smaller selection of heart patterns) fruit fruits food plant plants flower flowers sunflower sunflowers mushroom mushrooms landscape scene scenery tree trees nature garden animal animals (or type specific animals you're looking for) bug bugs insect insects moon celestial sunshine ocean sea beach character characters disney (character names) 1212 (typically more complex patterns are made of all fb and bf knots, called 1212) holiday season seasonal christmas winter halloween autumn fall spring summer words text alphabet (to form personal names) You can also look through PHOTOS of normal patterns using keywords too!! Just remember, normals are definitely geometric by nature, they're not free form by any means and have more rules to follow than alphas to get the pattern to repeat, so there's bound to still be some geometric designs in any of the searches. If you've exhausted all the searches you can think of and still haven't found what you're looking for, please be a bit more specific about subject matter, size or number of colors. It would also be helpful to know the patterns you DO LIKE, or what you'd like changed to make it more suitable. That would give pattern designers a better idea of something different to create. It's much more difficult and time-consuming to create normals, so it would be best to have a very specific goal 😊 Hope this message can help anyone else who may be interested as well 👍 |
