Ok so I having a bit of a hard time (this is my first alpha) and I was hoping if some one could make this pattern ( #54325) in to a tutorial? I know I should start off with something a bit easier but I really would like to make this one

This might be a little too big for your very first alphaThe special thing about alphas is that once you have understood how to knot one alpha, you can knot any alpha. MashaKnots has a really great video on the flat alpha technique. I recommend watching that. |

Maybe a bracelet with just two colours and up to 10 base strings. This should be manageable as a start.Or you could do the rag rug bracelet. There are also tutorials on it. It's perfect for practicing colour switches and using up scraps. |
