Need Font Help for Pattern

Hello!I'm currently working on an alpha pattern in the generator to hopefully turn into a wall hanging or cross stitch for my aunt, whose young cat recently passed away. I'm making it based on a quote that my uncle had about this cat's relationships with their older cats, who are also included in the pattern. The basic setup goes like this: (pretend that the [cat_] columns are the image of each cat, I'm working on them now and may ask for opinions on them later!) B E S T [cat1] F [cat2] F [cat3] [cat1] R [cat2] O [cat3] [cat1] I [cat2] E [cat3] [cat1] E [cat2] S [cat3] [cat1] N [cat2] [cat3] [cat1] D [cat2] [cat3] [cat1] S [cat2] [cat3] Forever I may intersperse the pattern with their favorite toys and things to make it more round, since I'm leaning towards a cross stitch for this, so that might be something to consider, idk I'm still pretty new at this. Anyways, I was thinking of something big and exuberant for BEST and pretty, flowing cursive for Forever, but would like suggestions for those two! The main things I need help with are FRIENDS and FOES. Friends is difficult because I want a peppy font for that one, but the length of the word means I need something that is compact vertically. If I really can't find a font to work for the whole word I will probably just find a font for the F and then use basic thread to stitch out the other letters. Any suggestions here are appreciated! Foes I'm not sure what style I wanted to make the word. I'm wavering between cursive because cat3 is a very prissy and elegant cat, or jagged and violent-looking because cat3 got into fights with cat2 a lot, or maybe some kind of gothic calligraphy style since that kinda combines the vibes I of both? Opinions and suggestions welcome! tldr: I need font suggestions for the above weird pattern, please send any you think would work. |
