I found a youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mjwn102QdNM) and am looking for the pattern at 5:48. Does anyone know it or a similar one? I would love to make this as a gift!!

#26890 It isn't the exact pattern but still a cute cat. #23771 Would make a cool gift. You could also try doing a google search for cat alpha pattern because in one of her videos she said that is how she found most of her alpha patterns.

I couldn't find the pattern so I tried my best to recreate it. I just finished it now we wait for it to be accepted or not. It might have a color issue. If it is accepted I hope it works/hope you like it.
