I need some simple patterns for beginners

Hello, a few of my friends want me to teach them how to make bracelets. I thought about having them do a basic chevron a few times because that's easy to remember and something that I could teach them pretty quickly, but doing the same pattern over and over again gets quite boring so I was trying to brainstorm some easy/entertaining patterns that I could try and teach them all at once. Any ideas?

I recommend any arrowhead pattern. They contain all 4 types of basic knots. Like #18, #63916. Even a fishbone chevron is cool- #42241, #56136.Then you could go for cute but simple patterns, which are also fun.
