What kind of material should I use to make a wall hanging bigger? The pattern I have in mind is about 40x48, and I want it to look big enough on a wall that it's worth making.. is there something I should use besides embroidery thread? Any recommendations? Thanks!

You could use yarn!

You could also scale it up and make four knots (2x2) for every one knot in the pattern

you could use cotton wool, like the one used to knit clothes, the cord is thicker and the final result would be bigger 🙂
